I’ve owned Struck equipment for almost 4 decades!
This picture was taken back in 1976. It was my first Struck tractor. I bought the MINI-DOZER partially torn down and then rebuilt it in my spare time. Through the years this unit served me well, but I always dreamed about owning a brand new MAGNATRAC.
Finally, after dreaming about one for so many years, I finally was able to afford a brand new MAGNATRAC MT1800 back in 1978. I wanted a MAGNATRAC MT2000, but the bank would only give me enough money for a MT1800. In those years, my son, Craig and my daughter, Jaylene, were around 6 and 4 years old. Those were some of the most memorable times for me.
Through the years, my old MAGNATRAC MT1800 has helped with many jobs: grading, dozing, plowing snow and pulling logs out of the woods are just to name a few. Through the years I did custom backfill work with my MAGNATRAC. I added hydraulics to the blade and also added an extension on the blade to plow snow during the winter months. In the picture to the left is my wife, Charlotte. Here she is pulling gravel back up the driveway with the bottom edge of the blade. All of my Struck equipment through the years has been very easy to operate and they’ve been very well made pieces of equipment.
After 39 years of owning Struck equipment, this March I decided I wanted a brand new MAGNATRAC RS1000. I ordered the bulldozer blade along with the hydraulic power pack to hydraulically lift my bulldozer blade. It’s wonderful to see that the quality of the equipment hasn’t changed from back in 1976.It’s quality, American pride/craftsmanship and great customer service that keeps me coming back all these years.
