MAGNATRAC MH8000 Helps Demolish & Rebuild Garage!

Recently, our production manager Warren had an old garage to tear down and he wanted to rebuild it; with the help of our MAGNATRAC MH8000…he did just that and more!Just imagine what an MAGNATRAC MH8000 can do for you…

A MAGNATRAC MH8000 equipped with our BG48 – Brush grapple with over 1,000 lbs. of clamping force makes short work of ripping down an old shed attached to the rear of a garage.

Once the rear shed was torn down, the MAGNATRAC MH8000 has enough power to topple over the rest of that old garage. No problem for our hydraulic driven MH80

Now that the garage is torn down. No need to worry about flat tires in this mess. The MAGNATRAC MH8000 crawler tractor has the power to lift up more than 800 lbs to over 7 feet tall.“This isn’t work…this is fun!” says Warren.

Once the debris is loader on the trailer, the operator can push the material to the other side easily with the hydraulic controls, making room for more debris.

After the debris is picked up and hauled away, the MAGNATRAC MH8000 doesn’t need a specialized trailer. A trailer with a 5,000 lb. capacity usually does the job.

Gravel for the foundation is brought in by dump truck and now the MAGNATRAC MH8000 is onto its’ next job. Moving gravel and leveling is next on the list.

After the base stone is all leveled, work continues on the rear stone wall. Getting closer to completion…

The foundation is poured and garage is built and sided. The rear wall is finished!
